LeToya Luckett
LeToya Luckett-Coles is a singer and actress who was a founding member of the one of the world’s best-selling R&B girl groups, Destiny’s Child. In 2006, her solo debut album, LeToya, debuted at number-one on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart and was certified platinum by the RIAA.
Her second solo album, Lady Love (2009), debuted at number-one on the U.S. Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and included the hit “Regret” featuring Ludacris. After the success of her first two albums, LeToya focused on her acting career. She appeared in the 2010 films Killers and Preacher’s Kid and on TV shows such as the HBO drama series Treme, VH1’s comedy-drama Single Ladies, OWN’s drama Greenleaf, and as Jukebox’s mother in the Starz crime drama Power Book III: Raising Kanan. She currently stars as Rasheda on the BET+ drama series Divorced Sistas.
In 2017, LeToya released third studio album, Back 2 Life, which was her first independent release and featured two singles: “Back 2 Life” and “Used To.” You can read more about LeToya’s career here.
